Entry Fees entitle you to one exhibitor space for the vehicle listed below, as well as tickets for 2 to the Live Music & Dance

from 5-8 PM following the Award Ceremony.  Additional tickets can be purchased at half price for Car Show Participants.

The exhibitor hereby applies to have the vehicle described above displayed at Motorheads  Car Show on 06-10-06.  Once application is accepted, it is agreed that the vehicle will be at the show for the duration of the show event (11am to 5pm) under the following terms and conditions:

1)        The show shall be produced in accordance with rules set forth by the Producer (Motorheads Performance).  The exhibitor is bound by all said rules, regulations and policies.

2)        Exhibitor spaces will be reserved for pre-registered vehicles only.  Once capacity is met, Producer has sole authority to deny further cars.

3)        The producer has final authority to determine location of all vehicles exhibited. 

4)        Once exhibitor’s vehicle is set up in the show, they shall not be removed or concealed by the exhibitor prior to the end of the Awards Ceremony and photo shoot without specific permission of the producer.

5)        Neither the producer, sponsors, nor any officer, director or shareholder, thereof, or the owner of the event property, shall be responsible or liable for any loss or damage to all of any part of the exhibitor’s display and/or vehicle, or any personal injury (whether to self, other adults or any minors in your party).  The exhibitor shall and does hereby waive any and all rights he/she may have against them or any of them for such loss or damage.

6)        No commercial advertising is allowed with entries unless they are appearing in conjunction with paid commercial display space.  A single sign may be used to identify vehicle, major modifications, who did them, and what equipment was used. Larger ad signs are prohibited.

7)        In consideration of the entry, the owner, spouse and guests agree to permit the producer or its assigns the use of their names and pictures of the entered vehicle for publicity, advertising and commercial purposes (including newspapers, magazines, radio, television and website) before, during and after the event, and do hereby relinquish any rights whatsoever to any photos taken in connection with the event, and give permission to publish, sell or otherwise dispose of said photographs to Producer or its assigns.  All publicity and advertising rights are reserved by the producer or its assigns.
