Car Clubs are responsible for their own tables, chairs, displays and club advertising/banners. By submitting your application for exhibit, you agree to abide by the rules and regulations set forth by the show management. You agree not to hold Motorheads Car Show, or anyone affiliated with the show, responsible for any damage or theft resulting from your car's exhibit or participation in the show. You agree to leave your club's cars on display throughout the duration of the show hours. Food & drink service is provided by concession only. Motorheads Performance Shop, hosts/promoters of the event, are not responsible for damages, theft or injury.  Photos taken during the show remain the property of Motorheads and will be posted on our website.
